Merchant Acct/Gateway Web Programmer

I'm looking for someone who can do modifications to this website: [url removed, login to view]

It's a complete e-commerce (launched) site that's set up with a payment gateway and merchant account with per transaction fee setup. I need this modified to a subscription based transaction (recurring payments) (possibly, with Paypal). Is this something your company can do, and how much will it approximately cost?

This is what needs to be done....

Payment Restructure:

Currently, we are using [url removed, login to view] & Power Pay for merchant acct/payment gateway; site transaction fees are 5.5% + 50 cent; no listing fees.

I would like to cancel service with these companies (which I can do myself) and implement a subscription-based structure on the site to collect subscription fees (possibly, with Paypal or Amazon--depending on their usage costs).

Site fees would change to:

First 100 shoppes to open on site: FREE

Next 500 shoppes to open on site: $5/Month

Next 700 shoppes to open on site: $7/Month

Next 900 shoppes to open on site: $9/Month

All subscriptions are pre-paid by shoppe owner at the beginning of each month.

Will also need a countdown on site to show how many shoppes are left at each interval (something exciting to get users to sign up).

Of course, there are certain sections that would need changing on the site, such as the page where we keep a credit card on file.
