CSS Design Work (some HTML) - .psd to skin site

I have 3 pages that I need skinned to match a .psd mockup. A few points:

1) We have a proprietary CMS we will have to work through.

2) There will be no FTP access - we will have to work through the CMS.

3) You will have to upload images to one location and then reference those images in the CSS.

4) You will have to enter the CSS directly into the CMS backend - there will not be an opportunity to upload a stylesheet directly.

6) You can only change the HTML on the header & footer. There will be no way to change the HTML of the search area of the site. [url removed, login to view]
