466439 create db table / form / scrape data / search query

*** This is the same project that I posted earier. I could not add additional information to the other posting ***

(1) Create new table with unique identifier. Then rest of table should be similar as fields in user table.

(2) Create a form that displays all of the user records in the table with a radio button next to each record.

(3) After I select one record, and click submit, and some information from the user record, the script should download the search results and details for each search result found.

I want to download all of the search results that are shown in a the new DB, then I want this to run another script that would download the details for each result found.

Downloading all of the search results is something that is done by another script of mine. So the first part may be as easy as tweaking the curl information and copying the rest. Downloading details for one result is something that is done by another script that can be copy and pasted into this new script as well and adding an array so this can be done for multiple results.

Once the data is downloaded, I need to have access to a form that allows me to filter the search results and generate a printer friendly report. In addition to displaying the results found, the report will also include the median value AND average value of the results.

Essentially for any text related field, there should be a way to search for the All, exact or similar text. for a numerical field, the form should allow me to search for All, <, =, or >, < =, = >
