Executive Assistant Needed

Must be able to write and speak English and Spanish fluently. Part time position answering some phone calls from time to time, making phone calls to clients, scheduling appointments, managing calendar, sending emails, etc. Work schedule is very flexible but would prefer someone in somewhat similar time zones.
