C# Application to Catch Email and Chat in MY PC - repost 2

Hello I wish to have a system monitoring system , where an admin can install and monitor all activities of user like websites accessed, email contents he viewed in his system, log all chats in/out, the system should work in windows 7 and windows 8

System monitoring for office or schools etc. rest of the functionality like, key logging, screenshot logging, etc. etc. are done
