Simple repetitive task to import contacts into wordpress site

This project is for someone import data into Sabai Directory on my Wordpress site. The text file that needs to be imported contains 300,000 records. The website will only allow you to import 2,000 records at a time. So, you need to parse the text file into multiple files that each only contain 2,000 records. Then, you need to go through the import process for each of these files. Each import will take a few minutes.
You must be detail oriented and fill out the import forms EXACTLY CORRECT, every time you run the import. If you enter incorrect import specifications, I will have to delete the entire database and start the import over again as I don't want duplicate or inaccurate data in the database.
This is a simple, but detail oriented, task that needs to be completed today.
