Make a Home Inspection Report Development

I am looking for someone that can help develop a data capture method (internet based) that captures home inspection data and pictures (both of them together) grouped by home and area of the home (kitchen, plumbing, roof etc).

The end result needs to be PDF report that matches the report that we have now.

You could look at a program called [login to view URL] we dont like the end report but like some things that the program can provide. Internet and computer based data capture... grouping of the pictures etc

Attention to detail and good communications skills are a must.
