Build a Ticketing/Help Desk System to manage the issues logged by the customers in order to provide them efficient service and also ensure that the process is managed smoothly internally.

It shall be a .Net based application and the system is to be deployed on our on-premise Microsoft Windows server 2019.

• Customer Portal

• Executive (Delivery guy) Mobile App

• Admin Dashboard

• Ticket/Case management system

• Calendar& contracting system

• Customer content management

• Super admin

• Reporting

Deliverables:

• Web customer portal (.Net based, deployed on on-prem Windows Server 2019)

• Web based Backend console system for Admin (.Net based, deployed on on-prem Windows Server 2019)

• Flutter Hybrid Mobile apps for delivery guy

Notes:

1. Vendor must be a firm or company (not individuals) & must be based in Delhi/NCR.

2. Should have 4.5+ rating, 30+ reviews
