We need an Active Campaign Expert to finish off a comprehensive email marketing automation project

We are a Melbourne based Window Cleaning business needing an Active Campaign Expert to finish off a comprehensive email marketing automation project that is approximately 95% complete.

The project has been designed by myself and built out in Active Campaign by another Expert. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they have had to leave the project so we now need someone else to finish it all off.

To date, we have:

1. Segmented our database into Residental and Commercial Contacts;

2. Sub categorised our Residential and Commercial contacts into Prospective, Existing and Former customers (6 segments in total);

3. Created tailored Communication plans for each of the 6 segments;

4. Built the automations in AC

5. Using Zapier, we have integrated AC with our Job Management Software (ServiceM8).

The end result is a comprehensive, fully automated email marketing program that moves contacts from one automation to another based on their buying behaviour over time.

We have completed about 95% of this project and now need someone to test it thoroughly, iron out any bugs and enhance where necessary. We then need you to be available for ongoing work as required.

The project has been fully mapped out in flow chart form and we use TeamworkPM to manage tasks.

Handover material has been created by our previous expert and they are available to answer questions and provide direction.
