Engineer Planing of a Second Floor Construction for a Workshop

We are looking for a Building Plan for a second Level in a Workshop.

It is used to to increase floor space and place an office on the top of the construction.

The construction will be made mainly made out of Steel I-Beams and Square / rectangle Tube.

I attached a pictures which represents the look that we are looking to have to have a better understanding for the Job.

We are a german company so the structural analysis for this project needs to be proven and defined in detail. DIN Material must be used in order to also be able to purchse precisely what the project has been designed for. If you have never dealt with german laws and don't know what needs to be provided then it might be that the job is not suited.

The Footprint of the construction is 9m x 9m x 6m

So the Floor of the Top Part should then be at a height of 3m.
