Capture Data from two websites via Excel using VBA

need to capture data from two websites nightly and archive in an excel spreadsheet. The webpages will require the code to select a portfolio, capture the data, then select the next portfolio, capture, the data, and so on for about 5 portfolios. The websites also have other options on the format of the data that needs to be chosen/selected to capture the right data. One website has the ability to download an excel file and one has the ability to download a csv file. The project can either scrape the data on the site in an efficient and timely fashion or download files, append the data to an excel file and remove the downloaded files. One site uses pages and frames and the user selections are within the frames. I will provide access for the sites to the selected freelancer.
