Video editing Super Impose Background

I like the background I want to create similar but i dont have the background so i am wondering how possible it is to super impose the background if i provided you with the video.
If i do this it will be regular maybe weekly but to start with a good few clips !
I have no idea of pricing module the bids with dictate that.
I am only looking for someone that can show me a demo by saying.
We have taken X video and merged with X background and have FINAL PRODUCT.
