3D CAD picture needed for website

I am designing a website for a plumbing company, and I need a picture/CAD illustration for the home page. The company specializes in new construction plumbing, so the theme of the picture is a blueprint of a large one-story house, placed next to a 3D model of the same house. The color will be blue duotones (blueprint color). I can provide sample floor plans. I don't know if it's possible to do, but I want to incorporate some simple flash into the picture. A good CAD designer with the right architectural software should be able to produce the picture I want very easily. The picture is the most important thing, and the flash is secondary. I would consider paying for just the picture from one freelancer, and have someone else do the flash if necessary. If you have software that has sample house plans/blueprints, this should be easy. I don't need a specific floor plan, any one would do as long as it's a large house.
I am looking for a freelancer with good communication skills. This should be a simple and quick project as long as I can communicate what I want. Please send a PM and I'll explain the project in more detail.
