A very simple project (my opinion)Im looking to get a professional website designed asap. I would prefer to use developers who have done this type of work before.
Theme: HOUSING for the POOR
A)The site will consist of just a handful of pages to begin with less than 10,
B)The project will consist of a unique possibly 10-15 sec flash header design with a choice for people to see flash movie or not. Designs need to be provided by designer, ideas can be discussed
C)I prefer designers to come up with ideas or templates possibly (maybe from their previous projects). We have an idea of website examples of what were looking to achieve, but require a quite a few changes.
D)The site is an informational site only so very easy.
E)The flash must have impact, show to the world the importance of housing needed in the 3rd world. we do have ideas we can discuss further
F)Target project completion within 10 days
G)We prefer a flash based site as the message & content need to be effective. The site may not be used again & has to be unique, you cannot use the site again.
H)Suggested marketing promotion/search engine/optimization etc, will be discussed
I)PDF/Word files will be provided for content

l) This is a donation site for charity so costs are to be minimum
Were not asking designers to design a complicated project rather you will need good imagination & artistic skills as this site is very simple. So i dont think my pricing is unrealistic, talent is crucial here as we are looking for designers for ongoing projects work long term.
