Short "Vampire Romance" Fiction Story Writer Needed!

I need a writer who specializes in writing short "micro-fiction" stories. This project is for a vampire romance short story.
Here are the requirements/terms:
• Must provide sample(s) of previous short fiction work.
• Story must be 100% original and unpublished.
• Native English speaking writer is a must.
• 20-30 page (5,000 - 7,500 words) short stories at a rate of $25 per story
• 25% paid upfront, 75% after story completion.
• Absolutely no adult/erotica stories.
• Must agree to the terms of ownership and credit below.
• Must provide the story idea/plot before being hired.

Employer has the right to add or not add additional contributors to the Work if Employer hired other contributors to add more content to the Work such as artists, designers, editors, authors, and any other contributing members.
