Custom Optimus Prime Avatar for fun

I would like an awesome custom avatar designed for my son's and my fantasy football team. An OPTIMUS PRIME logo (preferably animated), that is the same size as the current logo, which can be seen here on team number 1: [url removed, login to view]
Project Details:
1) Primary colors Red & Blue or Blue & Silver (similar to the real Optimus Prime).
2) Same size as current/standard avatar
3) Custom / Unique (some animated hint of football might be nice)
4) Animation would be preferred, but not absolutely necessary
5) An icon/avatar that projects power & strength
Please understand I will be picky regarding the finished product, and looking to work with someone who is patient and doesn't mind submitting several potential samples, and re-working the graphic if need be. The finished product should stand out and grab a persons attention - it has to "WOW" me enough to replace our current avatar. If you have samples of previous work that would be helpful. Looking for someone who is creative and enjoys this kind of project.
