123640 Code PSD CSS/Xhtml and Menu

I am looking for someone to code a template I have had designed into CSS/Xhtml compliant code and so it now looks better than it does now.

I have posted a link to download some jpgs of the psd and the other psds which the subpages will be based off of.

I need compliant css/Xhtml converted to PHP-Includes.

This also has a relatively unique menu system along the same lines as the menu at [url removed, login to view] which needs to be coded.

Menu system should be custom coded if it is not and is GPL or Creative commons you MUST give the original url as well as the licence agreement at time of download in PDF.

Menu must be easy to edit ie add and delete items and subitems to.
