Design an impressive infographic

We have a list of assumptions that were developed for financial modelling of a new educational business. This list has the following overall groups: Capital Expenditure; Project Financing; Startup Phase; Operational Expenses; Salaries of staff; Types of courses offered; Fee+other incomes.
We want someone to illustrate these as an infographic in EPS or AI format, in order to illustrate all the points, but especially to show the relationships between them. All information in the set of assumptions should be clearly displayed in the infographic, including references. We will provide the assumptions as an Excel file.
This is a quick project for someone who is an expert graphic designer. PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU HAVE INFOGRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE, AND ESPECIALLY WITH ILLUSTRATING FINANCIAL DATA. We will ask to see examples of your work.
We will work in three stages with you:
Stage 1: Give us three wireframe outlines of how you visualize the final infographic. We will choose and discuss with you.
Stage 2: You will design the infographic - color theme should have a strong blue component (we will provide exact RGB values)
Stage 3: After you submit, we MIGHT ask for one set of changes - but if Stage 1 and Stage 2 have been done properly, this will not be required.
As the work itself is limited, we will not offer anything over $50 for this task (our client cannot agree to more than this, sorry). And we will use you for the design of future infographics which are coming - there will be several of these in the coming days, so this guarantees work for you in the future, if you impress the client. Go ahead, let the creative juices flow and surprise us :-)
