Design a Logo

1. Request:

Create logo for new forum that has to do with Wealth and Wealth Building Strategies. The concept of the name is a take off on a "book Worm" but instead we are "wealth Worms".

I would like to incorporate a dictionary type of definition feel to the logo (see below) as well as a worm/graphic of some sort which is where you come in (I am open to all ideas as I am not a creative type).

The logo will be used for this site : www dot wealthworm dot com

2. Example Dictionary type of definition layout

3. Size and image requirements:

1. Incorporate above text in to 155x45 image with transparent background

2. Same logo as above just sized to 300x100

3. Square logo with background color the dar blue that you see on the forum - needs to be sized 250x250

4. Will need these in png and jpeg as well as original psd files
