Magento Template Re Design

We are looking for a talented magento template designer. We have currently used two different companies to build our current template and to say the least. The look and feel of the site is less then we are looking for.

The graphics are very choppy and looks very unprofessional.

The site needs to expand when user wants to view a large number of products. Currently it does this, but again the look is not very good.

The product listing and product details page needs to really look good, which is far from the current design.

Checkout process we would like very clean and easy to navigate.

Note: We do want to stay with with the current look (background and black box) but it needs a lot of work or total redesign using the current look as the basis for the new look.

If you have the graphics ability and magento knowledge to make this website look incredible keeping all details in mind.

Send me a mockup and when you can start - finish. No Mockup No Chance on this project...
