Design a T-Shirt

I need to create a collection of Tshirts, starting with only one design now and growing to have 4-5 in total.

The T-Shirts are for the shop of a dive resort in Bali (Indonesia). The T-shirts will be a souvenir for sale. So, the desing needs to be attractive to catch the people, but also showing the place where the customers have been diving (Bali).

What I need is only the graphics for the front of the T-shirts, no more.

I will provide more info to the biders.
