I'm looking for a experienced developer/company with proven record of building large scale social site. I prefer joomla 3 + Joomsocial for a quick deployment for the site, but also open for other solutions. Developer should be able to work under tight deadline.
Brief SOW:
1. The users of the proposed websites will register via a registration process defined by us. There will be six (6) user types with different input fields assigned to each user type.
2. The users will select various predefined communities/groups (approx 25) during the registration process and complete their profile by filling out various fields defined for six user types. Users are allowed to create sub-communities/groups ONLY for two predefined groups.
3. The users will be able to post text, image and videos in communities that can be viewed by other members of the same communities.
4. The post editor will include various formatting for texts and images.
5. The users will be able to view live feeds of the communities they are part of from within their profile page.
6. There will be a chat module that users may use to invite other members to join them in chat and send offline messages.
7. Each user will get a free storage of 250MB in profile page where images, videos & files can be stored. Users will have the ability to make these files either public or private.
8. All six user types will have their individual profile page with different display information.
9. Users will have five predefined themes to select/apply on their profiles.
10. All communities will have their distinctive design elements with different header image/color scheme
If these can be achieved using JoomSocial component, then I would like to go with it.

Please include costs of any paid component, module, plugin and template if required for the implementation.
