Convert CorelDraw 4c process to AI spot colors

We have a 4c process design in CorelDraw format that has to be converted to spot colors and saved as Adobe Illustrator.
The preflight sent to us by the prepress dept. specifies the changes that have to be made:
Pre-Production Notes:
1. The art department will need to place the WS die line, adjust art to fit die specs & bleed, create traps and overprints.
2. Please verify the size. No die was indicated
3. Art may need to be adjusted to clear 1/16 from the die.
4. Please verify the UPC information.
5. The Kosher symbol may need to be moved to clear the quiet area of the UPC.
6. Art was supplied as 4c process.
7. There is reverse type on process.
8. Some of the reverse type at the bottom of the label is less than 5pt.
9. All text is outlined.
We will provide the original art.
We are very open to accept changes in the art in order to speed up the job.
We would like to review the changes before delivery.
