551155 PSD to Prestashop

I need a custom Prestashop theme/template whic I can just load to my installation and activate. I have a PSD file which I will supply you. It is a very clean theme with not much features in it. Please see attached file as reference to the list below. I need the following:

1. Content width is 980px

2. Normal static banner at the top

3. The horisontal menu 'Product Range' and 'Contact A Book or 2' is static links which will just link to the products page showing all and the contact page. The search is standard Prestshop search

4. LEFT COLUMN: Product Range, this just displays the categories AS WELL as sub-categories, when you click on the main category it must just open the sub categories and NOT go to a page, the only time it will load a new page is when there is no Sub Categories, or when you click on a sub-category.

5. MIDDLE COLUMN: Just use this layout

6. RIGHT COLUMN: The normal Shopping Cart box

7. Footer: This will just be an image

8. IMPORTANT: The green style needs to be pulled through to the other pages as well like Product listing, product details, registration etc.

9. Must work with Prestashop version 1.4.7
