Build a Travel Agency Website

I have an existing wordpress website for my travel business. I need the existing site redesigned or a new one setup.
I would prefer someone with Travel website experience. We are not looking for a shop front!
I don't have a clear view what my design should be so I will leave it to the designer. It must be a professional looking website and creative.
You must be fluent in English
Scope
• Redesign existing or create new - you must be creative. Not an order taker.
• Must work across all devices
• Assist with setup of Facebook home page in line with website
• Link to a couple suppliers via an api
• Assistance with some content. Current site has very generic information.
• Link to mailchimp, newsletters sent via mailchimp to be linked back to the website and facebook / google
• SEO
• Blog
• Travel related news feeds
• Responsive
• I want information to flow smoothly between facebook pages, google pages and the website
Hosting

Terms & conditions:
1: Time should be considered, freelancer should manage the time they promise, if you are late by 1-2 days no problem. More than 5 days a 10% deducted for each day will apply
2: Any bids without previous work will not be considered.
3: Any errors, bugs, modifications (if not meet requirements ) should be fixed - I need the bidder to give a specific support period.
4: I will give full access to hosting so as to publish the website and run it (live)
5: Work should be only for me, designer does not have any rights to re-sell the work
6: Full websites: means with pictures, themes, links, blogs etc
