Build/design a new resposive website for a Hotel and Golf Resort to replace the old website.

I am interested in hiring a good web designer and developer for a high standard hotel resort with the top of the line design and functionality responsive website. We have existing non responsive website which is couple of years old which start to be a little bit old fashioned at the moment.
The design has to made according to company profile and colors/pictures. I have a lot of new nice photos which can be used when designing this website and of course the logo which will be implemented.
Requirements:
-Reference sites if you have done some similar project to tourist/hospitality companies.
-Social media integration
-Two language versions English & Swedish. We are mainly using the existing texts which are on our website.
-Call to action (Contact us)
-Support for external widgets (online booking etc)
-max 30 pages per language version. I think around 25 pages is enough
-good calendar for all the events for golf / Hotel etc.
-Image gallery which can be easily updated with new pictures of different kinds of events etc and locations.
-quite large pictures on the different sites (home, hotel, marina etc) and scrolling pictures which will give the customer well and luxury atmosphere of the Resort.
-SEO mobile friendly website with good SEO keywords etc.
-Couple of good templates to choose from.
-google maps etc..
These screen shots are from our existing sites. A really nice pictures can be shared to the designer so that we get the best out for this web page.
The online booking is already existing and it is a external widget.
Just like the Golf Management systems widgets as well as social media widgets.
Completely similar two versions has to be made with different language. (You don't have to know Swedish only to make the English a perfect site)
The layout and the image is the most important as well as a good Wordpress planning for the new home page.
Text can you mainly import from the existing old website.
A new design is needed for the whole website. A new nice and luxurious image for this Resort.
