Build a photo to post on Instagram

I'm looking for someone to make a photo to post on Instagram. The photo is for an important meeting coming up.
It must include the logo that I have attached to this. (The attached file is a large version), so it'll have to be shrunk.
The image must include the date, time, and location on the bottom somewhere in the image, and also the following statement:
"Important: Vote to amend the union Bylaws. This is important for the future of your career as it will give your vote the power it deserves in the upcoming election."
The date, time, and location of the meeting are as follows:
