Corections to Wordpress website

In need of corrections to our recently build website.
Correction to Home page by rearranging the news section to smaller layout,. The consequent page must be corrected and sidebar rearranged at the bottom of the page.
Adding breadcrumbs
Remove a sidebar from a certain pages and adding it to the bottom of the page or Custom post type.
Removing the image from the products custom post type category section and adding simply the names of the product and slogan.
Tags like author, date and section must be removed. Sidebar must be brought up in line with content.
Captcha must be included in form.
Organsing the menus better along sections.
I seek strong knowledge in wordpress, HTML and CSS. Even better knowldege of the DIVI theme wll be considered an advantage. Do not seek a freelancer who only cares to close the work ASAP and without taking attention to detail. I do not want to run after you telling you how to do things. I also seek someone who has a track record in designing functional websites. If work is good I would like to extend the work the chosen freelancer.
I also do not want to be using freewares on the website as I have enough tools that can help. Just let me know.
Finally I want these changes fast.
