Design and Publish Trivago-like iOS app

Hi, I would like to hire someone who can design and publish a custom iOS app. I would like it to be easy to use with a simplistic UI design. The idea for the app is for it to be used as a tool like Trivago but to compare the prices of products in Mexican supermarkets. The concept is that the users open up the app when shopping, and either they search a product's price by keywords (for example typing the product's name or brand) or by scanning the product's barcode. Then what the app does is that it searches the internet on every supermarket's web page in search of prices. Finally, it ranks them from cheapest to the most expensive with a link to their online shopping page. Additionally, I would like for it to be connected to AdMob to show banner and/or native ads. As it is my intention to make simplicity a key part of how the app is used I would also like to know if it's possible that the app doesn't require a database, meaning there would be no need for users to register, and the data from the product's price is obtained from the supermarkets' online stores every time a product is scanned. The app of course must be in Spanish. Please let me know if you have any questions about this gig. Also, if you believe you have the technical knowledge for this gig but don't really have time for the design aspect, I can make the UI design a separate gig from this one and then supply you with the graphic assets at any point of this gig.
