This is a quick, simple project.
I need a color scheme for an upcoming content Web site. I've been using software to help me pick color schemes, but I'm not getting the results that I want. And my own sense of color balance and harmony cannot be trusted (in other words, I have none).
So I need someone to manually put together some color schemes for me.
The attached file is a simple sketch of the basic Web site structure. I arbitrarily assigned colors to various areas. I don't necessarily want the colors you see in the sketch - they're just there to give you an idea of how many colors I'll need, and where they'll be put.
I'll give the winning bidder five base colors (in hex) and then ask that he send me back a palette based on each of those colors, with a chart showing which color is to be used for the various Web site elements. I'll send the winning bidder a chart with all the site elements on it so that you need only plug in appropriate color codes.
That's it! No other work involved. Just a good sense of color, balance, and taste.

Thanks for the interest in my project. Based on some of the messages I've gotten, however, I may not have clearly communicated what I need. There is no design work involved - I don't need you to produce a PDS file or any graphics. I just need some color hex codes that together constitute a balanced, attractive color scheme for a Web site.
I've attached a second document entitled 'Color Code Chart'. This is the document that the winning bidder will complete for me. As you'll see if you look at the document, there is a column of Web site elements next to a mostly blank column for matching color codes. The Web site elements refer to the various sections of the Web site (see the previous file that I uploaded for a sketch of the site). All you need do is fill in those blank color codes in hex notation.
For each of the five color schemes, I've even indicated the base or primary color that I want. To complete each scheme, I need matching colors - several hues, probably, and at least one contrasting color, with hues for it, as well.
I'm thinking that a person who knows what he's doing could easily get this work done in 1-2 hours, tops.
