Hand Drawn cartoon animation for service presentation

Hello friends

I need a Hand Drawn cartoon animation for service presentation

well 3 to tell you the true.

each one will be 30 sec

* I will provide the text and the main character ( 2 for each video )

* I will provide the Audio over and back ground music ( I will do it latter On )

I need all 3 in 3 different languages ( PT BR, ENG and Spanish ) I will provide the text OK

If you can make it in a way that i can add the text my self in Adobe Ae that wuold be nice so I only need to provide on text than I can change my self.

I can pay 30 USD for this project with out any audio and voice Over and I can Pay 50 USD with ENG and Spanish vice Over with american accent for ENG and Spain or other accent a like for Spanish

Any question please let me know OK

Female or male voice is OK background music I can do as I need so dont worrie about it

Note 1 USD = 3.50 BRL or so
