E-Learning Designer - Captivate Redesign Project

I am looking for someone who is experienced with Adobe Captivate and a great designer. We have about 200 captivate files. We also have a new learning platform design.
We're at a place where old meets new. And we need to match the captivate file with the new background design.
Look at "current template" - that's our current captivate file
Look at "newboard" - that's our new design for our learning board
We need "current template" to match "newboard"
There are about 200 files that need to be changed. Anyone interested in taking on this project? Can you do it by creating templates or would you have to redesign and recreate the entire file? What budget are you looking at? Imagine most of the files have drag and drop and just assume that all need some kind of change (they do). End goal: 1) all files are renewed and match the new board design. 2) I have many master slides to use and image repository for new lessons created.
