I need an existing page modified.

attached is a rough draft layout of how I need it.
note changes:
1. light green rectangle with shadow is behind the top three images. I'm doing this to connect the images more effectively.
2. in the blue table: remove the last column, and remove the text to the right of the table. then enlarge table to fit page.
3. in blue table - change the last row (which is currently green) to match the blue images above.
