I need animated banners for an e-liquid subscription service

I'm looking for someone to assist with 6 banners all with the same information. It's for a vape subscription service and we would like to convert people from a variety of sites to subscribe to our service. I have attached some examples. The only specifications we need is that a single banner can not be larger than 30kb.
Main information we want to get across is that we save clients 30% on e-liquids every month. As well as the fact that it is shipped to their door with nou additional costs.
I need it in the following sizes: 300x250, 728x90, 120x60, 120x90, 300x600, 600x300.
