Redsign a Website-1

Looking for an experienced designer to redesign a homepage. The logo and colors needs to stay same but i need a new fresh modern look for my website. This is for ecommerce website and related to dancewear online store.

The design must be modern and clean. If this is done properly and in timely manner i will hire freelancer for other work also. Final deliverables will be PSD, png high resolution with perfectly design layers and should be pixel perfect.

Budget 30$. So bid accordingly
