Small alteration to existing Wordpress page/website

We have a wordpress front page (sits in front of our content database) which I need to add in a section of content. See the attached files (pdf outlines the webpage and approx. set up). I want to include a section on Training (content will be provided in Word) to look and feel the same as the other sections on the page (see how it is done on the UK page - I want the same on the Aus page).
