Small job for Cartoon Illustratior

This is a very small project. I am looking for a cartoonist to clean up these lines, make the pig look like a cartoon and not an amature drawing. I'm attaching a sample of another illustration for you to compare it to so you understand what clean smooth thick to thin line variations I'm talking about.
My budget is $30.
PROJECT DETAILS:
Recreate this cartoon pig in Illustrator. I am relying on you to make minor corrections like proportions and depth. For example, his eyes and nose are not proportionally correct in the drawing. Based on the perception, they are a little off.... You get the picture.
The end result will be line art with thick to thin line variations.
Once I approve the line art, then you will color the pig.
