Find the Twitter handles for a list of companies

I have a list of 700 companies along with their URL.

I need someone to find all the Twitter ID's that are associated with each company - including where multiple people with same email addresses from that company are tweeting. So one company might have more than 1 person who is tweeting, we will need at the most 5 twitter ID's (but 95% of companies will only have 1 or 2 Twitter IDs at the most)

I need this job done very fast - and it must be finished on the date that its suppose to.

Payment is only via Escrows. First one released when 50% is delivered, next one when the second 50% is delivered.
