Virtual assistant needed for internet postings and affiliate sales

My wife is a talented painter and I am looking for someone to help her increase the amount of paintings she sells.
You can use whatever method you want to; Online, offline, facebook, craigslist, websites, cpc campaings or whatever else you can think of.
I'm offering you a job with hourly pay and a cut of every sale that you make.
You get to decide the selling price of the painting (as long as it's above a minimum agreed price) so the higher price you are able to sell it for, the more money you will earn in turn.
I'm looking for someone who is:
- self driven and motivated.
- willing to work for a low hourly rate + commissions for every painting sold.
- can find his/her own methods to get results.
- capable of making decisions on their own and be able to communicate well with potential buyers.
