Looking for someone to create original content for app related subjects and post to my sites

I am looking for someone to write original content for my websites, this would be an ongoing job, I would like someone well versed in the them I am presenting, the theme of content will only be about all apps for all mobile devices (apple, android, blackberry etc.), the apps will have to be researched and an all original review/explanation (I will check for copy) will have to be written and article and photos about each app will have to be posted onto the proper website by category of the particular app website, all websites will be based on individual app themes, for example one site would be photo editing apps, and another would be management apps, another would be video player apps, and so on.
This will be ongoing work as I have many 'app' related websites that will constantly need these websites to be populated with new and current apps and content.
Please bid and let me know why your services are above all others and what sort of experience you have on writing about the subject of mobile device apps.
I am only looking for offshore freelancers for this project to keep budget very low as money is tight on this project, so if you are charging north american prices or trying to charge prices above normal value in your market please no need apply.
