Migrate a Cordova app to Capacitor

We plan to migrate our extended Cordova app to Capacitor. We are looking for a developer with a lot of experience in this.

The app needs to work on both iOS and Android devices, and we have specific functionalities and plugins that should not be impacted after the migration.

We anticipate that the migration could take 3-4 weeks to complete.
