Vote Bot for Top game sites. - repost

I want a program that can do multiple votes on top game sites like [url removed, login to view],[url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] this program should use a decaptcher system that will work on these sites. There is a proxy way to do this and there is another one so you can do multiple votes from the pc that using the voter.

So it will need to change the IP or to deceive the systems that it is a different ip.
