I need WEB application to track daily reports of network of medical offices ( many independent branches). It requires to develop 2 WEB interfaces: one for reporters and one for supervisers . High level requirements doc is written , it describes all views and required functionality. Security mechanism should support few types of users, hence, access to some pages should be allowed or restricted based on that permissions. The main GUI components of the application are: table tree, pie graph, stucked columns graph, usual forms, etc. MySQL DB should be used for datastore. It will be one major table, and about 10 tables of some configuration data.
The project could be managed by phases divided by functionality. Its a lot of features to be developed in the future and added to the application.
We will consider only experienced programmers/companies.
