Replace a Red5 server 0.7.0 by an Adobe Flash Streaming Server 3.0 for live stream application

Our existing application is currently using a Red5 0.7.0 server for live streaming. We would like to replace it by an Adobe flash streaming server 3.0. The current Flash player is written with Action Script 3.0 and the website was developed with J2EE and a Struts2 framework.
This task is to be completed within two weeks.
Further information will be provided if you are the right person with the experienced handling multi-server, FMS and familiar with J2ee, struts and flash technology.
Ideally we are looking for an individual that, if perform well on this task, would be given a long term development contract.
