177107 Action Script Master

I am looking for a master action scripter. Here is the scope of the project to bid on:

1. Develop Flash For Transparent Background Video as seen on these sites

or

(I dont want a clone of their site, I want to have the transparent videos like they do)

notice when you right click on their examples it shows their company branding which I also want

I want this to be published in flash 8

I want this to be streamlined for delivery and I want that explained in detail to me as far as the best export for the video etc

I also want you to be a master action scripter because I have a relatively complex program written in flash 6 that needs to be cleaned up and converted to flash 7 or flash 8 (it works great to publish in version 6 but has errors on publish for ver 8 and 9)
