we are trying to convert the attached design into something similar to [url removed, login to view] in respect to background design. Basically client don't need the center flash as a square one. They want it to be looked as part of integrated background.
Top menu should appear like menu on [url removed, login to view]
The second layer below main flash need to be a smooth jquery horizontal scroller.
Once user mouserover any of icon in this scroller a small good looking javascript tooltip should appear with some information and link to view complete details. As its happen in linked in when you mouseover on profile link of any company.
Let me know if you can do that.
