Javascript to detect flash or non-flash

***PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY***

I need a javascript that detects whether a browser has flash and if the browser is flash enabled will run another javascript to display a swf file. If the browser is not flash enabled (like mobile devices) it will kick out another javascript to display html5 video. What I do not want happening is the html5 version playing on flash enabled browsers.

So what I am asking for is (if) flash FIRST, (or else) html5 for fallback. See example below:

If the browser is flash it needs to run the following code on the page:

If the browser is NOT flash it needs to run the following code on the page:

I have a script that I will send you that we use right now to detect whether someone is using a computer or iphone/ipad/itouch. We could modify it or come up with a new one.

How this would work is: My client would put this code on the page they want the video to appear on:

It would call the detect javascript file ([url removed, login to view]) and then serve the appropriate format.

Only bid if you fully understand what I am asking for. If the directions are unclear please ask questions before bidding.

If I accept your bid, payment will only be made after testing and it works on computers and mobile devices with both flash enabled and non-flash. What I do not want happening is the html5 version playing on flash enabled browsers.
