Mall Management and Kiosk software

(Due to the ongoing required support and time sensitivity of this project we only accept bids from US residents)

We need a programmer and designer to establish and support a database, graphic interface and software for a shopping mall directory. There are two major requirements.

1. Centralized Mall Management System – This would be the enterprise platform that would manage all the Malls, layouts, advertising, directories we discussed.

2. Mall Kiosk Software – This would be the agent based software that would reside locally on each Kiosk and allow you to provide updates as needed via M2M technology.

The program needs to be compatible with Touch Screen LCD and integrated with online platforms - internet is used as the connecting network between the administration end and the kiosks.

The program will have the following requirements:

- User Friendliness is the main focus

- Ensuring minimal down-time due to the critical nature of the software

- Long term maintenance and diagnostics coverage

- Updatable database and maps

- Generic Template that will be customizable for various locations

- The Mall will provide us with the CAD drawing.

- We will provide you with all required high def digital photography.

- We have access to a variety of High Quality Touch Screen Displays.

- The software will need to be accessible through a website where management can access and use the features online. We will be providing the domain and hosting for this. All information needs to be integrated with the website in either Real Time or Near Time. To further clarify, we won’t require more than two updates a day for the kiosks. Pull data for the kiosk side is more preferrable compared to push data( the kiosks request for the updates twice a day).

- We will be managing this function and all other related advertising needs. The software developing company will only be providing Troubleshooting related issues and programming updates related to the software. We want to have the ability to feed the data from our end.

- We are not set on any particular database and we are open to suggestions from you.

- We want to be able to do minor updates to the the software such as removing and replacing new store locations and specials.
