CSS3 Animation Events and Event Listeners with jQuery Plugin

We need a solid, cross-(modern)browser javascript or jquery plugin for using CSS3 Animation Events and Event Listeners to gain fine-tuned control over CSS3 animations. It can be similar to this plugin - [[url removed, login to view]][1] - except that we want to use css3 @keyframe animations instead of transitions.

### Why CSS3 Animation Events?

* CSS3 Animations are fast on iOS

* CSS3 Animation triggered via JS/jQuery allow you to 'restart' the animation if it has been played already ([url removed, login to view])

* In theory, by using JS/jQuery to keep track of AnimationStart, AnimationIteration and AnimationEnd events one can create very complex and interactive CSS3 animations.
