Need site debugged

I recently built a website. However, I have a few bugs in teh css/html of the page. The purpose of this project is not only to correct the site but to find a new designer/coder to join my consulting firm. So think of this as a practical test.

To outline the task we are looking for you to perform:

Check the site and remove all graphical/coder errors in css and html so the site display properly

Confirm that the site is compatible in recent versions of IE as well as Firefox/Mozilla

Make sure all fonts match across the site (will provide more details upon contact)
